The sausages are superb, made using best pork shoulder, thick and juicy. The bacon is firm, full-flavoured, and does not shrink or leave residue in the pan, and certainly no water. The kidneys are glorious.
Peelham farm a mixed herd of native Tamworth and Duroc pigs, Aberdeen Angus and Luing cattle and Lleyn sheep, grass fed.
