Named after Sir Peter Maxwell Davies’ celebrated work Eight Songs for a Mad King, this flagship Shiraz from Peter Lehmann Wines represents a more elegant interpretation of Barossa, combining the region’s famous richness with remarkable restraint, freshness and finesse. Matured for 18 months in French oak, it offers generous blackberry and black cherry fruit layered with plum, dark chocolate, liquorice, spice and beautifully integrated oak, supported by polished tannins and an impressively long finish.
