Susan Green makes the most delicious, heavenly, traditional homemade Christmas puddings anybody can ever remember tasting. They win all the awards. Once eaten, smitten. Susan makes these ambrosial puddings at High House, Northumberland, in the Percy country, family seat of the Duke of Northumberland. The Duke’s shooting parties enjoy Susan’s puddings at shoot lunches—which is why HM The King when Prince of Wales came to visit, to taste, as well as to help in the making of Susan’s Alnwick Rum Christmas Pudding. His Royal Highness gave it a stir.
Our Club Christmas Pudding Collection includes two medium Christmas Puddings (with nuts or without). Each serves four to five and they keep for a year—but they won’t be allowed to, of course.

From tiny beginnings our multi award winning range of Great British puddings now comprises 12 delicious steamed and baked puddings, including favourites like Sticky Toffee and Golden Syrup Sponge, as well as tasty additions like Marmalade with Orange Liqueur and our special Alnwick Rum Christmas Pudding. Our puddings are still genuinely home made, in small batches, using local free-range eggs and dairy products, and top quality ingredients.
Our recipes are homely and indulgent—some have been in my family for generations, and we’ve created a few new ones ourselves. We bake or steam the puddings slowly to recreate that great tasting texture and flavour I remember so vividly from my childhood. We’re proud of our story so far, it’s had many exciting chapters:
