Highest quality fresh Imperial Oscietra Caviar (acipenser gueldenstaedtii): Direct from the UK’s oldest caviar importer: Exclusive Club Members’ savings of up to 74%: currently unavailable

This Imperial Oscietra is the highest quality Oscietra from the Russian sturgeon acipenser gueldenstaedtii, a species originally native to the Caspian Sea, Black Sea and Azov Sea. This sturgeon can weigh up to 60kg and takes at least 11 years before harvest. It is farmed to the highest standards by Calvisius, a caviar producer renowned worldwide.
Its golden tin is testament to the superlative quality—and a suitably splendid centrepiece for your table. With even larger eggs than the Royal Oscietra, at 3.3mm and above. Rich, nutty and creamy, its flavours of hazelnut, butter and sea urchin are complex and persistent, with added richness. It is also low in salt—known as malassol—which allows the fresh flavours to really sing!
This fine caviar is imported by the UK’s original caviar importers, founded in 1895. The Imperial Oscietra arrives in a golden tin—an impressive testament to the quality of the contents and a suitably glamorous centrepiece for your table.
Caviar of this quality is best celebrated for what it is and enjoyed simply with Brut Champagne to slowly savour all its nuances.
