This Gimonnet Gonet Champagne Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs L’Extra is a wonderful Champagne to start an evening! Precise and with a refreshing acidity, it is perfect to open a celebration dinner and to go with oysters, smoked salmon and caviar.

Made by brother-sister Charles and Anne-Sophie, this delicious Champagne is made exclusively from Chardonnay grown in the Côte de Blancs. Sourced from across Oiry, Chouilly, Cramant, Oger and Le Mesnil-sur, the wine is loaded with freshness, finesse and elegance. On the nose, delightful aromas of green apples and honeycomb. On the palate, concentrated and structured with flavours of Granny Smith apples, lemon and Asian pears. The finish shows great concentration and length with a nice mineral note. Non-dosage extra brut. Ageing 36-48 months.
