The Italians are so good at making leather goods, and this one caught our eye because it is not only good looking but a veritable Tardis: it looks normal, rather beautiful in fact, with its polished calfskin and contrast stitching—but the real ingenuity is that the zip runs all the way to the bottom on each side, so that the holdall opens extra-wide to reveal everything within. This makes it easy to pack and to find your belongings, which are safeguarded by two leather side panels so that nothing falls out. It is an excellent design.

Perfectly sized as an overnight bag for business and leisure, ideal for men and not too large for ladies, it is handcrafted in Firenze from supple, polished, rich brown leather, thick, substantial, yet with a soft structure. Accented by thick stitching and a chunky metal zip, it has two comfortable top handles, a shoulder strap, protective base studs and a washable lining containing a large zip pocket. It measures 27cm tall by 47cm long by 22cm wide.
