Two dozen fresh Cornish scallops, hand-cut

This is the perfect season for scallops, and ours are simply mouthwatering. They will come straight from the Cornish coast to your door, spanking fresh and ready to cook. They have just the right fleshy texture and mild, sweet flavour. They taste wonderful: try them pan-fried with butter, rosemary and crushed garlic, or steam them and serve with soy sauce, coriander, garlic and chili.

Orders received by 3pm each day can be despatched next day for delivery on Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays. No weekend deliveries as scallops are highly perishable. If you order, please ensure that somebody will be at home to take delivery!
