In this gorgeous blue sapphire and silver Aphros Collection, the teardrop earrings are designed using lines of round-cut sapphires which swirl around the piece. The sapphires total more than five carats in weight, making a substantial statement. The earrings contain 1.78 carats of sapphires and are 1/2 in long.
