Liberty of London pure silk Tresco Summer in a double-sided scarf to capture the new season
Liberty of London has been at the cutting edge of design and decorative arts since 1875, their inspirational designs world famous—and this fabulous Liberty watercolour print on silk, ‘Tresco Summer’, has inspired the beautifully elegant, head-turning silk pattern on this beautiful silk scarf
Here are the glorious flowers, ferns and succulents from the famous Tresco Abbey Garden, on the Scilly Isles. This sub-tropical 19th century garden is a unique paradise, a perennial Kew without the glass, built around the ruins of a Benedictine Abbey. It is brimming with thousands of exotic plants from around the world, which flourish on the Isles of Scilly yet would stand no chance at all just 30 miles away on the Cornish mainland.
These floral treasures are captured in their richest colours: pinks, purples and reds, greens and blues, a splash of yellowand hint of orange, all on a ground of black, creating the most versatile silk scarf, the perfect finale to so many outifts. The pure silk infinity scarf has a soft and fluid hand-feel, with a drape and flow that makes it look wonderful. As ever with Liberty, the deep colour penetration results in a rich, luxurious and expressive interpretation of the Tresco pattern.
This lovely Liberty pure silk scarf, handmade by Lady Crow, arrives in a gift box, making a particularly discerning gift.
