£119.34

Be there in person to see Rugby World Champions South Africa take on Wales at Twickenham on Saturday, June 22. The fixture will be a blockbuster ‘Doubleheader’ event with the Barbarians taking on Fiji in the second match of the afternoon—and our Members are invited to be there: the RFU have allocated us excellent Category One tickets in the East Stand to see both matches on the same day.
South Africa v Wales promises to be a thrilling match. Said Wales head coach Warren Gatland, ‘For our young squad to test itself against the world champions at a neutral venue is an extremely important experience and something we will relish. It should also be a great occasion for the fans.’
The South Africans will be launching their 2024 international season at this match. Said Springboks head coach Rassie Erasmus, ‘We are thrilled to return to Twickenham in our first Test since the Rugby World Cup final in France. We have fond memories of the RWC warm-up Test we played against the All Blacks at Twickenham last year. The atmosphere and occasion were remarkable, and we expect a similar experience in June.
The Barbarians, current holders of the Killik Cup, will then take on Fiji for what promises to be an exhilarating following match. The most recent meeting in 2019 ended 33-31 to Fiji despite the efforts of a Baa Baas squad packed full of international pedigree. This Barbarian side features former England international Ben Youngs, who retired at the World Cup as England’s most-capped player, playing for the Barbarians for the first time.
