This alpaca wrap is hand-produced by artisans using only the softest, most sumptuous baby alpaca—exceptionally soft due to the fineness of the fibres, generally considered to be softer than traditional alpaca. These fibres are hollow, with an insulating core making it the warmest option and also breathable, and baby alpaca has a natural elasticity which means the wrap drapes beautifully. It contains no lanolin and is hypo-allergenic—excellent for a woman’s skin.

You can wear this lovely wrap in many ways, with the fur at the back and the scarf over the shoulder, or as a stole, loosely tied at the front to enhance an evening look, or turn it round so that the thick, soft baby alpaca fur cossets your neck and frames your face—it looks, and feels, both fashionable and beautifully warm.

It is a generous 6ft 2in long (186cm) by 10in wide (25cm) plus fur trim, to properly cover a lady’s shoulders and back, and keep out the draughts. It comes in black, ivory or fawn, the natural, undyed colours of the alpaca.
