This jacket is very smart and perfect in colour and weight for spring and summer. Its soft colour, shades of green and sand and fuchsia overcheck add extra distinction to the smooth pure wool cloth.

It hangs beautifully and offers a flattering fit. In traditional single-breasted two-button style, it is well cut and has two side vents, straight front pockets, flapped and jetted, slanted breast pocket and four-button cuffs. There are three interior pockets, one buttoned for security, within a smart silky lining.

About Gurteen 1784:
Gurteen is an English family run tailoring business established in Haverhill, Suffolk, in 1784, where it is still situated today. The company started life making smocks which was the general garment at that time and as the years moved on, so too did the clothing. From making Army uniforms during World War One and World War Two, to measuring up and making the suits for the English Rugby team, the company has always met a challenge. The business is still retained and managed by family members, and the passion for men’s tailoring burns as fiercely today as it did back in 1784.
