For starters, the ultimate truffle, the fresh winter white, is added to Italian extra virgin olive oil create the White Truffle Oil (100ml), similarly with Winter Black Truffle Oil (also 100ml). Add a drop to anything, and the flavour is just out of this world. Plus carpaccio of truffle with pistachio, which will have your tastebuds in seventh heaven!

Then there is the rich, delicious Terrine of Black Winter Truffle (90g), the creamy, melting, rich flavour of White Truffle Cream (90g) and an exquisite Black Truffle Sauce (90g): all so different, yet equally wonderful, each creating an exceptional pasta dish.
