Tanzanite and diamond ring

A quality tanzanite is a gem which speaks to its viewer. It flashes blue, purple and bronze from different angles and one can see why it is considered one of the most gorgeous gemstones of East Africa, where it is mined in the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. Stones which tend towards blue are the most valuable.

Our beautiful blue tanzanite is large, oval cut and weighing 2.40 carats. The two diamonds, round brilliant cut, are also beautifully white and high quality (F colour, VS quality), together weighing just under half a carat. The setting is 18ct white gold.
