Crafted from an exacting selection of 17 Grands Crus plus the historic Premier Cru of Hautvillers—the very vineyard where Dom Pierre Pérignon first perfected the art of Champagne—this is 51 % Pinot Noir and 49 % Chardonnay of flawless pedigree. A warm, benevolent season delivered fruit of perfect ripeness; eight years sur lie and a precise 5 g/l dosage have forged a wine of monumental harmony and presence.In the glass: luminous pale gold with a persistent diamond-bright cordon. The bouquet is noble and profound – white flowers, candied citrus, roasted hazelnut, and a whisper of sea spray. On the palate, creamy opulence meets electrifying tension, finishing with a chalky, saline grip that seems to stretch into eternity.
