Best seats for Wimbledon: Debenture tickets £198.90, saving £286

Nothing is quite like being there in person on the Show Courts at Wimbledon: small fortunes are spent to be there. A Wimbledon Debenture Ticket puts you in the best seats in the house, to see the best tennis players in the world, soaking up the classically English atmosphere. Many of us want to see it all from the elite Debenture Holders’ seats. It’s all a question of price—and we are delighted to say that our Members’ prices are currently starting at only £198.90 plus VAT, which saves you £286 per person. So if you want to go to Wimbledon, this is an excellent time to book—who knows, it might be Andy Murray’s final match.
Only Debenture Tickets—which have cost the Debenture Holders £50,000-plus—can legitimately be bought or sold. This can now be done through the Debenture Holders’ website, where you will see that the price starts at £437.50 plus VAT for the same Debenture Tickets as we have negotiated for £198.90, which is the second Thursday, July 11, this year.

This makes the Club price a small one to pay for these tickets, and we are delighted to have negotiated unbeatable rates for Centre Court and Court No 1—now sporting its new roof, so that from this year on, rain won’t stop play on Court No 1—on every day of the Championships.

The next best deal in our view is the second Tuesday, July 9, at £479.66 plus VAT, saving £409, again Court No 1. Our best Centre Court deals save you up to £560—and for the ultimate tickets, ‘Magic Monday’ and Men’s Finals on Centre Court, you can save some £435 per person.
You can add the full day’s wining and dining to any of our tickets, or simply book lunch and afternoon tea if you prefer. All tickets and hospitality options are subject to availability when booking.

Stunning new natural turquoise necklace

Delightfully bold and vivid, the fabulous new Volonté Necklace can hold the attention from across a room. Our pick of the new international designer Atelier Collection, just arriving in London, it highlights a stunning natural oval turquoise gemstone capped in vintage silver, creating a sensational work of art.
This gorgeous necklace adds a standout finish to everything from a long silk dress to a kaftan, shirt or tee—so versatile, so uniquely attractive, it’s a designer piece you’ll wear often.
At its heart is that high quality natural turquoise from the turquoise mines in America, vivid in colour and beautifully figured with that natural web tracery which makes each piece both artistic and unique. The three turquoise stones are highlighted by four cloisonné rondels like vintage silvery nuts: beautiful, handmade to an ancient craft and decorated with tiny enamel flowers—so subtle, the colours and textures contrasting with and echoing the smooth turquoise gems. The final gem, natural agate, creates a smoky finale, and the necklace culminates in sterling silver links of chain, clasped in sterling silver.
It’s contemporary, with a vintage look that is a pure classic which will never go out of style. It arrives in a smart case for presentation. Necklace length 18in. Code AC19CC04. RRP £500. CCUK £197. Order Volonté Necklace from the Atelier Collection.

Smart summer wool-linen jacket, £169

This beautiful new wool-linen jacket makes you want to put away your tweeds and saunter around wearing this, armed with a glass of Pimm’s. It is exceptionally elegant, with a subtle tonal navy check that adds great distinction, it has a beautiful hand feel, soft, smooth and supple, it is cool, it looks and feels made to measure, and you will want to wear it as often as possible.
Contemporary in style yet classical in quality, it is tailored in fine wool (90%) and linen (10%), so it’s cool yet well cut and it looks good all the time (it doesn’t crease like pure linen). It is single-breasted, two-button, fully-lined and with traditional notched lapels, flap pockets and two side vents. As a general rule, the more hand stitching the better—this has hand-stitched borders, pocket flaps and lapels. The collar is strengthened with felt.
Sizes: Regular (38-52in), long (40-44in) and short (38-46in). Code WL19MA01. RRP £293. CCUK Members £169. Order Blue Wool and Linen Tailored Jacket by Magee.

Elegant pearl and gold designer earrings

The exquisite design was created in the designer’s studio using two natural gold blush baroque pearls, contrasting with a drop festooned in tiny gemstones set in gold vermeil, and a sweeping 14 carat yellow gold hook. Together they look gorgeous, fascinating and so fashionable, the organically shaped pearls and gems combining to wonderful effect. Each pair of earrings is unique, as is the nature of the pearls. They add the perfect finishing touch of elegance and individuality to your look.
These lovely earrings are an elegant, easy-wearable length at 50mm (the pearl length is approximately 18mm). They will arrive in a smart presentation box and can be gift wrapped and sent with a personal message. Full moneyback guarantee. Code RE19CC04. RRP £450. CCUK £179. Order Amata Earrings by Raphael.

The ultimate lobster feast: save £50

We are thrilled with our new arrangement for Members to enjoy these live lobsters. Nothing beats them as a gourmet centrepiece, and these Canadian (Maine) lobsters (Homarus Americanus) are simply the sweetest, most succulent and tender you will taste. Try them them and you will never return to pre-cooked lobster again.

Larger than our own natives, the Canadians have a sweeter taste and those our Tasting Panel tried recently were magnificent: well worth shouting about. These wild lobsters are caught by traditional lobster fishermen off the north-eastern coast of North America and flown straight to our suppliers for the UK’s Michelin-star chefs and five-star hotels—and now, happily, for our Members, who not only benefit from the fabulous quality but also from the Club’s wholesale price.

These live lobsters are easy to cook (about nine minutes’ steaming for this size) and the taste is sublime. You can create any kind of grand dish, but because they are so delicious there is no need to do anything but serve fresh from the pan and still warm with a few sprigs of fresh parsley and a side salad to create a gourmet lunch or dinner centrepiece.
Weights vary between 550 and 660kg per lobster, therefore one lobster per person gives a generous main course. Our suppliers will deliver two live Canadian lobsters direct to your door—you can have as many as you like, in pairs. Usually costing up to £100 each, these fine sea-fresh lobsters are only £47 for our Members including free overnight UK mainland delivery. Enjoy!

Finest Imperial Oscietra Caviar, £49

Our gourmet Members will be delighted with this new caviar: Calvisius Imperial Oscietra is the highest quality after the Royal Oscietra grade. The grains are larger, at 3mm, their colour light, almost golden, a colour that is extremely rare for a pure breed. Delicate, complex, creamy and with a delicious mellow, nutty flavour, this is truly a caviar to delight the connoisseurs.
It comes from the Russian sturgeon acipenser gueldenstaedtii, a species originally native to the Caspian Sea, Black Sea and Azov Sea. This sturgeon can weigh up to 60kg and takes at least 11 years before harvest. It is farmed to the highest standards by Calvisius, a caviar producer renowned worldwide.
This fine caviar is imported by W G White, the UK’s original caviar importers, founded in 1895. The Imperial Oscietra, named Ars Italica, arrives in a golden tin within a silver and black presentation case—an impressive testament to the quality of the contents and a suitably glamorous centrepiece for your table.
The Members’ price for 30g of this superb Imperial Oscietra Caviar is only £49 with free delivery instead of the usual £80. All weights available, saving Members £1,338 per kilo.

Beaujolais at its best: a snip at £129 for 12

This wine is in a different league to everyday Beaujolais. Singled out by the connoisseurs at Decanter as one of their recommended ‘Summer Red Wines to Drink Chilled’ it comes from Dupeuble’s 42ha of 50- 100-year-old vines, made in a natural way with wild yeasts, no sulphur, no fining and no filtering.
The result is a wine of succulent, fresh, vibrant red fruit with wonderful clarity and purity and fine acidity. The flavours are cherry, blackcurrant and raspberry, with hints of cinnamon, lavender and rose. It is medium-bodied, smooth, with lingering length and complexity on the finish.
This four centuries old Domaine, set in the hamlet of Le Breuil in the deep south of Beaujolais terres dorées, has been making wines from Gamay grapes since 1512. Damien Dupeuble runs the domaine today, with the whole family involved—and while much of this part of Beaujolais is dominated by negociants and large-scale producers churning out sub-standard nouveau, Dupeuble is of the quality-driven persuasion more commonly found in the crus to the north. Viticulture on the south-facing 50-100 year old vines is lutte raisonée and every grape here is manually harvested, with only wild yeasts used and no chaptalisation or filtration.
Drinking beautifully now, it makes an excellent match for rich summer foods. Perfect with pork and ham, the Club Tasting Panel found it mouthwatering with Iberico Pluma pork (see the Club Larder), Mediterranean roast vegetables and herbs. Another of our Tasting Panel raves about it with turkey at Christmas: ‘You’ll pop cork after cork and never be disgruntled. It won’t let you down!. And at the Club price it’s a steal.
Case of 12 bottles delivered (UK mainland). Code DD19RW04. RRP £180. CCUK £129. Order Domaine Dupeuble Beaujolais Château des Pertonnieres 2017.

Don’t miss the stupendous Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2018: one of the finest vintages ever made: Members save £103 per case of six delivered to your door
The 2018 vintage of Cloudy Bay, the world’s most famous Sauvignon Blanc, is a superb wine, vivacious, succulent—and named ‘one of the best vintages ever made’. Lack of wind caused a difficult harvest—at one stage six helicopters were drafted in to dry the vines—but the results are totally spectacular.
James Suckling, among other connoisseurs, awarded the 2018 a super-high 91 points, writing, ‘In full tropical fruit mode, bursting with passion fruit, sweet melon and peach’. Viticulturist Jim White rates it ‘one of the finest vintages ever made’.
The wine is always limited in supply, but since the 2018 is being rated so highly it will be even more difficult to secure. So we are pleased to have reserved for Members 50 cases of the new vintage, still at the exclusive Club Members’ price of only £107 for a case of six bottles, delivered in the UK mainland, instead of the usual £35 a bottle. Members are saving £103 per case of 6—so if you buy a case of 12 you’ll save £206!
RRP £210. CCUK £107 (equivalent to £17.83 per bottle delivered). Free UK mainland delivery. Order Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2018.
Members’ favourite dry aged Welsh Wagyu Fillet and Sirloin Steak: Save up to £52

Serve Kobe (Wagyu) steak and your stock as a chef will soar. No self-respecting gourmet guest can fail to have registered that Kobe is the best beef steak in the world—not dissimilar to foie gras. It graces the plates of top restaurants Nobu and Zuma at high prices, and Selfridges in London included a small slice in a sandwich—selling at £85.

Which is why Members love our deal on the best fillet and sirloin steak from Rick Stein Food Heroes, Jeanette and Rachel at Alternative Meats. Members can buy four gourmet Kobe (Wagyu) fillet steaks, dry aged to perfection, for less than the price of that Selfridge’s sandwich.

Kobe beef is from Wagyu cattle, the unique breed originating in Kobe, Japan, raised by Ifor Williams free-range on the Welsh hills on a diet of Welsh beer, Welsh grass and racehorse rations, together with the requisite massage which all self-respecting Wagyu cattle require. Whatever else that diet and health routine does for them, their natural muscle is densely marbled with the finest veins of fat. This, like foie gras, is quite unlike normal steak; the fat starts to melt at room temperature, it tastes so much better, and it is far healthier than normal beef.
The meat is wonderfully flavoured, can be finely sliced, cooks rapidly, never goes dry, and has a high marbling score and a melting texture: rub a little fat between your fingers, it melts like butter. It tastes better than any steak you will ever eat, arrives beautifully packaged, chilled not frozen.
Order as many, or as few, of these Kobe (Wagyu) Steaks as you like. Each fillet steak weighs 170g (6oz), the usual size for a fillet steak. Two steaks, RRP £55, CCUK £39. Four steaks, RRP £102, CCUK £69. Six steaks, RRP £149, CCUK £97. Order Welsh Wagyu (Kobe) Fillet Steaks.
Kobe (Wagyu) Sirloin Steaks, 285g (10oz) each.
Two steaks, RRP £52. CCUK £39. Four steaks, RRP £95.80, CCUK £67. Six steak, RRP £140. CCUK £99. Order Welsh Wagyu (Kobe) Sirloin Steaks.
