Its story starts in Saint-Joseph’s granite-schist amphitheatre, where François Merlin—first-generation visionary, one of the Rhône’s most exciting names—farms organically across 10 hectares, drawing this signature cuvée from south-east-facing slopes.

A 70% Roussanne, 30% Marsanne blend from 40-year vines, hand-harvested, fermented in oak barrels, lees-aged for depth without weight—bottling 8,000 gems of aromatic allure.
