Sourced from a steep, east-facing Premier Cru vineyard overlooking the Serein River, the site benefits from cool morning light and gentle afternoon shade, preserving freshness and aromatic lift. Beneath the vines, Kimmeridgian limestone soils rich in fossilised shells impart the unmistakable mineral signature that defines great Chablis.
