We offer the ultimate opportunity in game fishing—to catch a wild spring salmon, fresh from the sea. And we do so on perhaps the most prestigious beat on the famous Aberdeenshire Dee–Park. In the bountiful past a flyfishing trip to Park in spring was ‘dead-man’s shoes’ and we are fortunate to have been able to grab such a good opportunity.

We have four days’ salmon fishing on prime dates from May 24 to 27 for two Rods. And included in this amazing fishing trip is five nights at the nearby Banchory Lodge Hotel, the renowned fishing hotel on the banks of the Dee, renowned for its fine food and warm welcome.

Park is unlike other Lower Dee beats in that it fishes well in both high and low water, having a mixture of bigger and short narrow pools which can produce fish in a variety of conditions. Depending on water height, a considerable quantity of bank fishing is available. Wading is generally easy.

This sporting holiday comprises: four days’ salmon fishing and five nights’ dinner, bed and breakfast at the Banchory Lodge Hotel (with picnic lunches included on fishing days). It is for two Rods only. Non-fishing partners are most welcome (golf courses abound on Deeside). Aberdeen airport is 20 miles away.

Our fishers will arrive at the hotel for dinner on Monday, May 23, fish for four days (Tuesday May 24 to Friday May 27) and leave after breakfast on Saturday, May 28.
