So we are great fans—and Susan has arranged a Connoisseur Collection of her Puddings, including the Great Taste Award winners.

Says Susan, ‘If you are potentially looking at puddings for a good lunch or dinner—whether that’s for a shoot lunch or a different occasion—I recommend both the large Sticky Toffee and Sticky Ginger, which each serve nine (should be 12 but people always want more!), together with the large steamed Apricot and Almond, and the Marmalade with Orange Liqueur which serve six (should be eight). These have all won Great Taste awards.’
