This handmade Mapiya Necklace is an eyecatcher. Literally hundreds of irregular sky blue turquoise stones have been combined with turquoise ovals and tiny beads. They culminate in a large polished turquoise disc with individual markings showing the natural ‘matrix’ of turquoise, and from which hang yet more strands of irregular turquoise nuggets and beads. The irregular stones and individual markings make each necklace unique.
