This English-made dark oak leather shotgun slip with its thick fleece lining is of excellent quality. Hand made from full-grain leather, with solid brass fittings, it will maintain its good looks and be a faithful companion on shoot days, protecting the gun from the elements and knocks, as well as being a handsome piece of craftsmanship in its own right.

It is made by English craftsmen leather specialists who use the finest selection of leather hides which have been naturally drum dyed and finished to create a beautiful thick leather with a special look and feel. RRP £230. CCUK £175.

Description

This grade of leather has been used for more than a century, having been developed in the English saddlery and bespoke shoe trades for its high performance as well as its looks.

The gunslip has a traditional end flap opening, a hand-sewn blocked muzzle end for extra protection, and a full-length zip which opens fully for easy drying. A fully adjustable leather shoulder sling allows for the best fit possible. The slip is designed for 30in or 32in barrels and is 8in at its widest point.
