The Savoy Hotel, London’s timeless beacon of elegance, has unveiled in its recent makeover an innovative new restaurant—Gallery, an elegant all-day dining destination blending Edwardian grandeur with modern flair. Set in the reimagined Thames Foyer, this new restaurant joins the CountryClubuk Free Champagne Portfolio, offering Members and their guests a complimentary glass of Champagne when dining on three course from the set menu.

Designed by BradyWilliams, Gallery retains its historic atrium while introducing sleek marble walkways and dancing silhouettes that nod to its 1912 dinner dance origins. The menu, inspired by Auguste Escoffier, reinterprets British classics with finesse. Breakfast features the iconic Omelette Arnold Bennett, while lunch offers sharing plates like Sole tacos and Cornish lobster rolls. Dinner brings heartier options, from grilled tuna tataki to Devon crab linguine, with theatrical tableside sundaes for dessert.

Gallery shifts effortlessly from morning coffee to romantic evening cocktails—and of course afternoon tea. Members can savour their complimentary Champagne alongside the current set menu, making every visit a celebration of The Savoy’s enduring allure.
