To lunch or dine at the Dorchester Grill is always a delight. It is a particularly delicious experience now. The Grill looks a million dollars after its makeover to gleaming Murano glass chandeliers, butterscotch leather and light oak. What is more, the Head Chef is the rising star 27-year-old Englishman Tom Booton, winner of the Chef to Watch award at the 2021 National Restaurant Awards. His delicious Great British food is well worth making a beeline to enjoy!

The Grill has always been a Club favourite: its supreme location on Park Lane—so easy for Mayfair, the West End and Knightsbridge, even the City—combined with excellent food and service, makes The Grill perfect for many different occasions, from serious business to relaxed family party, lunch for the ladies or romantic dinner for two. And the new menus under Tom Booton are excellent: fresh and seasonal, adding British flair to long-standing Grill favourites.

The menus change often, in line with the seasons, they are founded on Great British cooking—with the Tom Booton twist.
