The multi-award-winning Devaux ‘Ultra D’ Extra Brut Champagne is the perfect partner for caviar. A racy, zero-dosage Champagne, full of high-toned citrus and minerals, the Ultra has plenty of character, wonderful vivacity, and a long, dry, flavourful finish.

The aromas are gently bready with lemon pith and grapefruit. Chardonnay dominates on the nose, and the palate reveals the structure of pinot noir. Aged five years on the lees. One of the driest: superb!
