These classic 100% brushed cotton check shirts for men are smart and comfortable, taking you from the shoot to the weekend to a smart country social event with ease.

Gurteen are renowned for their intelligent use of colour, excellent cloth and tailoring details. The check combinations in these shirts is very attractive, and the shirt is made from superior quality yarn-dyed pure cotton, lightly brushed for comfort. It has a straight hem, standard collar to take a tie or leave open, single bias-cut breast pocket, spare button and adjustable cuffs.
The colourways are designed to co-ordinate with many combinations of trousers, knits and jackets.
Collar sizes are in half sizes from 15 1/2in to 18in.

About Gurteen 1784:
Gurteen is an English family run tailoring business established in Haverhill, Suffolk, in 1784, where it is still situated today. The company started life making smocks which was the general garment at that time and as the years moved on, so too did the clothing. From making Army uniforms during World War One and World War Two, to measuring up and making the suits for the English Rugby team, the company has always met a challenge. The business is still retained and managed by family members, and the passion for men’s tailoring burns as fiercely today as it did back in 1784.
