This Peter Rabbit porcelain tea set, made by Reutter Porzellan of Germany, is a little treasure. With its delightful Beatrix Potter figures, reproduced from the original book illustrations, it will captivate any child.

Reutter have a worldwide reputation for fine porcelain, which they have designed and made for half a century.Whether they are creating a set for children or adults, each item passes through the hands of skilled craftsmen. After casting, they will be glazed, painted and fired three times.

Our chosen set is a four-piece featuring Peter Rabbit and his friends, each small porcelain piece beautifully designed, painted in the soft Beatrix Potter colours, and decorated with a gold rim. The teapot is exquisite. There is also a delightful small milk jug, lidded sugar bowl, four plates, four cups and saucers, and four teaspoons. They are packed in a cream, rose and lace fabric basket, lined with matching material, to be carried, and played with, and admired.
