These first-class black-handled steak knives are modern classics. Made for gourmet dining by Solicut in Solingen, Germany, they are rarely found in the UK outside Harrods. Ice-hardened molybdenum steel ensures that the fully forged, hand-honed blades remain sharp, stain- and rust-resistant. The jointless sealed handles give a firm grip, hygienic and dishwasher safe, and the full tang construction allows perfect weight and balance. The blades are 12cm (41/2in). Boxed set of six.
