Join us in the prestigious Royal Enclosure at Royal Ascot 2020: Enjoy a wonderful, privileged, sporting occasion in the presence of HM The Queen: fully booked

To be invited into the Royal Enclosure at Royal Ascot is quite different from simply being there. The Royal Enclosure has been centrepiece of the British Social Season since being exclusively reserved for guests of King George III, and Royal Enclosure membership is still by invitation.
So we are thrilled to have secured access to the Royal Enclosure for a very few of our Members on the very special Opening Day, Tuesday, June 16, 2020.
We are delighted to invite you to join us and enjoy this year’s Royal Ascot from the Royal Enclosure. This historic heart of Royal Ascot has been a centrepiece of the British Social Season since it was exclusively reserved for the guests of King George III for the running of the Gold Cup in 1807.

To this day, membership to the Royal Enclosure is by invitation only, and it takes planning—one needs to be sponsored by two Members who have attended the Royal Meeting for at least four years, and to reapply each year. Membership is not guaranteed, by any means.

And so we are thrilled to say that we now have access to the Royal Enclosure for CountryClubuk Members. With HM The Queen in the same environs, relaxed and happily in her element in this, her own Royal Enclosure, together with many of the Royal Family and Her Majesty’s invited guests, this is probably the most privileged access in the social calendar.

This year’s Royal Ascot race meeting will be as spectacular as any in its 309-year history. Everybody will be there—including The Queen in her 94th year—to see the glorious day unfold. Everybody is excited, from trainers to owners, racegoers and Royal guests.

The sight of the Royal procession of open carriages pulled by the Windsor Greys along the Ascot turf on the Opening Day will be heart-stopping.

Not only is Royal Ascot the highlight of the Season—it also happens to be one of the world’s greatest race meetings, and every owner wants to win a race, including HM the Queen, who has had a total of 23 winners, the first in 1953, just two weeks after the Coronation. And in 2013 Her Majesty became the first reigning Monarch to win the prestigious Gold Cup. At such times Her Majesty’s regal composure barely contains her enthusiasm for the battles unfolding at her feet. Such is the thrill and excitement of Royal Ascot.

You are invited to the lavish Wyndham Club, open only to Royal Enclosure members and their guests.

Set within the tranquil Royal Enclosure Garden, just a short walk from the Parade Ring and the atmospheric Pre-Parade Ring, with access to the exclusive private race viewing lawns of the Royal Enclosure and the prestigious fourth-floor balcony seats with breathtaking views of the course, you could have no better place from which to enjoy Royal Ascot.

With fabulous views, privileged access to the Royal Enclosure, the finest cuisine served in a stylish and intimate Ascot restaurant at your personal table, this is perfect for entertaining your most discerning friends and guests.

The first day of the Royal meeting is overflowing with class. It features The Queen Anne Stakes—Royal Ascot’s traditional curtain raiser, in which the great Frankel delivered his most sensational performance in 2012; The King’s Stand Stakes—one of the world’s most prestigious sprints; and The St James’s Palace Stakes—which attracts some of the best milers from the Classic generation. At precisely 2pm, Her Majesty The Queen and members of the Royal Family arrive in a magnificent procession ahead of an afternoon of world-class racing, spearheaded by three impeccable Group 1 contests.

This will be a fabulously elegant party—opening with a Champagne reception, followed by a delicious four-course luncheon with excellent wines and liqueurs, and later by a full afternoon tea served with Champagne. Throughout, there will be an all-day bar, again including Champagne, fine wines and liqueurs. And of course you will have personal badges for the Royal Enclosure, giving you the finest views of the racing and the social scene, and all without having to apply to be admitted.

We shall be combining the unique social atmosphere of the Royal Enclosure and the highest quality Flat racing in the world, safe in the knowledge that all creature comforts are being attended to. This is Royal Ascot, and you will be royally entertained.
