Beautifully tailored, the Tayside field jacket has arrived in soft pure Harris Tweed wool tweed in delightful shades of grey, navy and lilac check for a beautiful look. It is perfect to wear in the country, and with its gorgeous navy velvet collar it also works in town.

The pure wool cloth is Harris Tweed with the authentic orb symbol, hand woven in the Outer Hebrides by a weaver at home on a treadle loom, and its gorgeous colours are those of the Scottish loch, moor and evening sky. The jacket is beautifully designed and the cloth is expertly tailored in London.

It is classic field jacket style, with a buttoned placket which, like the collar, is lined with navy velvet, opens to reveal a second zip front closure. It has flapped, jetted and buttoned front bellows pockets with a stylish extra pleat and a smart tailoring detail of turning the checks at an angle to the body. The removable tab closure allows this lovely jacket to button right up to the neck on cold days. A secure buttoned interior pocket is useful for a wallet or tickets and the full silky lining is in navy. The back is straight cut without vents.
