News that renowned Bordeaux winemaker Hervé Joyaux Fabre is to invest in Cahors to add to his soaring success in Mendoza has set the wine world aflutter—because Joyaux Fabre is a superb French winemaker whose passion is to make superb wines with class and finesse, yet at unexpectedly good prices. This is a man after our own hearts—and to celebrate we have a new Fabre find to enjoy!

Joyaux Fabre was originally a renowned Bordeaux negotiant. He founded his Argentinian winery after a long search for the best terroirs across several international borders—discovering in the end that the quality he was seeking came from the high Andes of Mendoza, and a wonderful old-vine Malbec vineyard, planted in 1908. He bought the vineyard, and has never looked back. He has a sensitive Bordeaux palate—an unrivalled asset when it comes to red-wine creation—and he brought this to his Fabre Montmayou wines. So we are delighted now to bring you his ‘Temporada’ Malbec from Domaine Vistalba, delicious result of traditional French châteaux methods and New World terroir which has just won an International Wine Challenge Trophy—the top award. Time to try a case, especially at the Club wholesale price!

Case of 12 bottles. RRP £140. CCUK £97. Free delivery (UK mainland).
