Susan Green’s Proof of the Pudding Connoisseur Collection for Two:
Sticky Toffee Pudding, small: A light and moist sponge pudding, succulent with dates and subtly flavoured with pure vanilla extract, then smothered in a rich sticky toffee sauce.
Sticky Ginger Pudding
Sticky Ginger Pudding, small: With a definite ginger kick, this sponge pudding is made with plump dried apricots and chunks of crystallized ginger. Cooked in delicious sticky ginger sauce this pudding is certainly for the ginger lover!
Steamed Marmalade Sponge Pudding with Orange Liqueur, medium: steamed in the traditional way to develop the flavour, and packed with homemade marmalade, the taste is intensified with a good hint of orange liqueur.
Cherry and Almond Pudding with Almond Liqueur, medium: A luxury pudding comprising a moist almond sponge, topped with sweet dark cherries in a sour cherry jam enhanced with a generous measure of locally produced Alnwick Rum Almond Liqueur. A real treat for all ‘bakewell’ lovers.
