On the digital models, control of the cabinet temperature, is via the programmable panel on the front of the Smoke Generator. The programmable digital display, provides for fine control over the smoking process with control over three separate parameters:
The oven temperature: set the target oven temperature and the smoker will attempt to maintain this temperature while also displaying the actual temperature in the oven.
The oven time: set the time you would like the oven to operate (the cooking time). After this time has elapsed the cooking heater element will switch off.
The smoking time: set the time that you would like the smoker to continue generating smoke. This can be set independently of the cooking time.
