And for you, our Member, a complimentary glass of Champagne to toast the occasion will be served on arrival for you and your guests.

Kaspar’s at The Savoy offers an informal yet luxurious dining experience, presented in an elegant Twenties-style setting. The emphasis is on seafood, yet the menu is equally delicious for meat and vegetarian options. Choose from arrays of fresh and smoked fish, oysters, caviar and fresh seafood: delicious slivers of smoked salmon, cured sea bass or fresh rock oysters followed by Dover sole, lobster or sea bream; lamb cutlets or beef. Conclude with clever twists on classic desserts or the finest artisan cheeses.

Your complimentary glass of Champagne will be served to you and your guests whenever you lunch or dine on three courses from any menu. The menus naturally change with the seasons—but on, for example, the set lunch or pre- and post-theatre menus you might be treated to such delicious dishes as cured Scottish salmon and slow gin purée, or duck croquette with blood orange, dandelion leaves and hazelnuts, and, for mains, pan-fried lemon sole with petits pois à la Français, pancetta and bacon, or lamb rump with salsify (all with vegetarian options), followed by a pudding of pavé of chocolate with caramelized bananas and crunchy coconut or spiced pineapple carpaccio with gateau, lychee sorbet, Chantilly and macaron, all for £36 including, for you as a Member, your delicious glass of Champagne.
Opt for three courses from the à la carte menu and your choice may well include succulent Hereford fillet of beef, or pan-roasted scallops, Cornish crab, yellowfin tuna, Jersey rock oysters, and more—Isle of Sky lobster, pan-fried foie gras, sushi and caviar for example, or a simple, beautifully-cooked smoked haddock and salmon omelette with salad. There is an excellent, and not overpriced, wine list to match, including some choice wines by the glass. We think you will agree that this all sounds rather good: a glass of Champagne on the house (usually costing £20 a glass), a meal which would cost you a great deal more in a small Italian trattoria—five-star service, while dining in one of the world’s great hotels.
