Member Services Manager
The Country Club uk Member Services team are confident reservations consultants for our prestigious VIP Club membership, booking travel, sport and entertainment for business and leisure in the UK and overseas. They also assist Members in selecting our high-quality goods. Chief requirements are good and confident customer skills, an excellent telephone manner, attention to detail and a positive attitude. The Member Services Manager will have the experience and ability to run this department with the support of the Operations Chief.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Good education and personable nature
Training in tourism or hospitality management an asset
Ability to run a team
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Good problem solving skills
Good organisational skills
Good time management skills
Strong knowledge of UK geography an asset
